The DKR03.1-W200B-BE74-02-FW drive controller is a digital intelligent control motor for 2AD or ADF main spindle motors. It has a 1MB frameless spindle motor and linear motors. The motors' output is 10 and 93 kW of continuous power at the motor output shaft. Drives equipped with the drive controller feature a high control and broad speed range with stable power. The DKR03.1 spindle drive is well suited for use in NC-controlled machine tools as well as printing machines. The modified DKR03.1 has 200VA or control voltage power. The Drive controller has been designed for primary direct connections to grounded AC mains with 3*AC 400V-480V with system frequency 50-60 Hz.
They are equipped with an integrated main contractor and an emergency stop shutdown device.DKR03.1 comes with an integrated brake resistor. The auxiliary brake resistor requires 150kWs braking energy. It comes with a built-in blower for cooling the drive in the control cabin. Blower and heat sinks are integrated into the housing, and cooling is conducted through an air duct in the machine. The drive controller can be configured by the basic unit, a software module, a command interface card, and an auxiliary plug-in module. A configured DKR03.1 required FWA-DIAX03 firmware. The firmware is the operating software of the DKR03.1.
The DKR03.1 has command interface cards with the SERCOS interface, Profibus interface, INTERBUS interface, and analog interface. The drive controller's ambient condition ranges from +5°C to +45°C, and the maximum permissible temperature with derating of nominal data to 80% is +55°C. For perfect working and efficient power, the altitude must not rise above 1000 meters of sea level. The spindle drive comes with the IP 20 per EN60529/IEC529 protection category. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
