The Bosch Rexroth DKR03.1-W200B-BE32-01-FW from the DKR series is designed to control and monitor the operations of electrical motors. The drive controller is configured during startup to perform distinct tasks of an application as required. The DKR03.1-W200B-BE32-01-FW output ranges between 10 and 93 kW of uninterrupted power at the shaft of the motor. This driver controller is suitable for use in printing machines and NC-controlled machine tools. The controller can be mounted inside a cabinet or a locked housing per the DIN VDE 0160 requirements. During laying out the type of cabinet to use, always follow the guidelines stated to avoid any damages to the motor.
The DKR03.1-W200B-BE32-01-FW is supplied with an internal cooling system that can be fitted inside a cabinet hence "Cooling with air from inside the cabinet". This can however be changed but under specific instructions and before the installation of the drive into a cabinet. The cooling method is changeable if: two or more air vents are close to the controller heat sink. The air vents at the top and bottom parts of the controller are covered. The specific apparatus to use for the installation of a new cooling system is supplied inside a plastic bag and includes the following: two covers 1and 2, two gaskets for the driver covers, eight screws M4x12, and eight gaskets for the screws M4.

When storing the drive, ensure that your storage unit is within the required temperature range of -30 °C to +85 °C.
