The DKR03.1-W200B-BE09-01-FW AC drive controller is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DKR Drive Controllers series. As a digital intelligent AC drive controller, it provides regulated three-phase power conversion and closed-loop motion control for high-capacity servo axes in automated machinery. The device channels regenerated energy to an integrated brake resistor, which supports repeated deceleration cycles without requiring external braking components and helps keep energy handling inside the drive assembly.

Its power section accepts a three-phase input of 3xAC 400–480 V ±10%, while the control electronics run from AC 230 V ±10%. During continuous operation at a switching frequency of 4 kHz, the inverter can deliver 92 A of output current, which corresponds to roughly 35 kW of mechanical power for the connected motor. Thermal energy created by the switching devices is removed by a forced-air system with a built-in blower. Command and diagnostic data are exchanged through the SERCOS interface, and the drive processes digital servo and resolver feedback for precise position loops. An internal bleeder rated for 1 kW handles everyday regenerative loads, and the drive belongs to the 200 A current class. The unit is in Line Series 03 with Design Version 1 and Function Module Version 01.

For short bursts, the converter can source a peak current of 141 A, and its brake resistor can absorb up to 150 kWs of kinetic energy before thermal limits are reached. Overall heat rejection capacity is 1200 W, so cabinet ventilation must be able to remove that heat during operation and keep airflow available around the chassis. The mechanical structure weighs 49 kg, so the mounting surface must support a comparatively heavy drive body. This weight also makes the unit more suited to rigid panel installation than to lightly supported mounting arrangements.
