The DKR03.1-W200B-BA01-01-FW drive controller was created for electronic, intelligent control of Rexroth Indramat motors by Bosch Rexroth. It can be used for the unframed electrical motors 1 M.B., A.C. main electrical motors, and linear motors, all produced by Rexroth. With a rated current of 200A, the DKR03.1-W200B-BA01-01-FW can be controlled with an integrated brake resistor, but this feature is optional. It is also equipped with an emergency stop shutdown option and a combined mains contactor. It uses a built-in blower cooling mode with air coming from inside the enclosure and comes with a bleeder.
The command interface card is in the form of an analog interface. It also features resolver feedback and a digital servo. The drive controller comes with a wide range of accessories, including connector kits used to connect the basic drive controller unit but no feedback connector. The minimum power of the isolating transformer of the DKR03.1-W200B-BA01-01-FW is set at 40 kVA. There can be damage to the transformer if you don't put the power to the right level. Ensure the power does not go below the given rate above.
When using the drive controller, all the relatively short circuit voltage inductive components are set below 4%. There are auxiliary plug-in modules that one can use with the DKR03.1-W200B-BA01-01-FW.
