The DKR03.1-W100N-BE84-01-FW model operates ideally at the ambient temperature of +5 to +45 ͦC at the maximum altitude of 1000 meters above the sea level. The storage and shipping temperature ranges from -30 to +80 ͦC. The drive controller comes in a standard size, without any bleeder resistor having a total weight of approximately 49 kg. The rated power voltage required for the system is AC 3 × 400 ~ 480 V with the control voltage of AC 230V having a frequency of 50 to 60 Hz with ±10% of augmentation. The drive of 4 kHz requires a continuous current of 71 A to generate 26 kW of power whereas the continuous current of 60 A is required by 8 kHz drive to generate 22 kW of power. The peak regenerated power of the drive is 26 kW for a maximum of 10 s.
The model DKR03.1-W100N-BE84-01-FW comes with an auxiliary brake resistor with maximum braking power of 150 kWs. The protection class used in this model is IP20 which means it can withstand a basic touch but it will not provide any resistance against liquids. The model comes with a DKR03.1-W100-B type basic unit with 5 different plug-in slots. Slot U1 holds DSS 2.1M plug-in card, slot U2 holds DEA 4.1M I/O interface, slot 3, and 4 are don’t have any plug-in and slot 5 holds DSM 2.3-FW software module. The communication is done by the SERCOS interface with digital servo and resolver feedback. The firmware of the model must be ordered as a separate sub position. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
