The DKR03.1-W100N-BE79-01-FW is a digital intelligent AC drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DKR Drive Controllers series. It is intended for high-power axis control in industrial automation where rapid torque response and coordinated multi-axis motion are required. By converting incoming three-phase power into a regulated DC link and pulse-width-modulated output, the unit commands servomotors and spindle drives used in machining centers, material-handling gantries, and packaging lines where stable speed and repeatable motion are required.

This controller communicates with higher-level PLCs through a SERCOS interface, allowing deterministic timing of position and velocity commands. At a switching frequency of 4 kHz, the power section delivers a continuous output current of 71 A, which supports sustained mechanical loads on large motors. Feedback evaluation supports digital servo and resolver feedback, so the same controller can operate with high-resolution encoders and resolver transducers.
