Product Description:
The DKR03.1-W100N-BE56-01-FW is a drive controller from the DKR series of Rexroth Indramat drive controllers. The DKR series of Bosch Rexroth controllers are used to control AC motors, usually in printing and machining tools applications. The drive controller can be adapted to the application at hand by the use of standalone plug-in modules. These plugin modules go in through slots on the body of the drive controller. They can be ordered separately or at the time of ordering the drive controller. While installing and operating the drive controller, care should be taken to refer to the instruction manual for proper use. The DKR03.1-W100N-BE56-01-FW has a protection rating of class IP20 as per the IEC 529/ EN 60529 standardization. We ship this drive controller and accompanying components all over the world through our dependable logistics providers.
Care should be taken to operate this controller between an ambient temperature of 5 degrees C to 45 degrees C to avoid nominal data from getting derated. Once the unit is switched OFF, it takes the capacitors in the controller at least 5 minutes to discharge. After that the unit can be handled. While making electrical connections in the unit, take care to avoid any unclean or wrong connections. Failure to do so can make the unit behave dangerously. This can happen at any point of time during the operation.
Install an emergency circuit breaker while connecting the unit to electricity supply. This will prevent an unplanned start-up while installation. While servicing the unit, during repair or maintenance, use a master switch to cut the power supply to the drive controller. This particular model uses natural convection for dissipating heat build-up. There is a conducting channel inside the controller and an integrated fan circulates air through it. The unit dissipates around 1200 watts of heat during operation. Take care to not touch the controller at least for 10 minutes after switching it OFF, as it may be extremely hot. The DKR03.1-W100N-BE56-01-FW operates at a system frequency of 50-60 Hz.This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
