Product Description:

The DKR03.1-W100N-BE24-02-FW is a multipurpose servo drive controller manufactured by the Rexroth Indramat company. The drive controller is designed to control different servo drive motors such as Linear motors LSF or LAF, AC main spindle motors 2AD or ADF, and frameless spindle motors 1MB. Also, the DKR03.1-W100N-BE24-02-FW drive controller, unlike other regular drive controllers, can be adapted to various industrial applications by installing customization components into the drive controller. The broad speed range and a high level of control provided by the drive controller make it suitable for paper-processing and printing machines, numerically controlled machines, and many other industrial machines.

The rated current of the DKR03.1-W100N-BE24-02-FW drive is 100Amperes; above this current, the drive controller might start overheating and malfunctioning. The drive controller does not contain a standard bleeder. In the case of a sudden interruption in the power supply, the drive contains an emergency stop shutdown device that prevents the drive from a sudden breakdown. The DKR03.1-W100N-BE24-02-FW drive controller uses a digital servo and resolver feedback to send and receive signals from the motor. It also uses a SERCOS interface card for command communication.
