In multi-axis machining centers, material-handling gantries, or press automation, this unit supplies regulated three-phase power and closed-loop control to synchronous and induction motors while coordinating speed, torque, and position demands from a higher-level CNC or PLC. By combining motion control and diagnostics in one unit, it replaces discrete contactor panels and simplifies cabinet wiring for high-power servo axes. This arrangement also helps connected axes maintain stable operation when load conditions change during production.
The power channel delivers a continuous armature current of 71 A at a 4 kHz switching frequency, enabling sustained acceleration of large rotary loads without thermal derating.
