The Rexroth Indramat DKR03.1-W100B-BE84-01-FW is a DKR series drive controller rated for 100 Amps. Integrated features available on the drive controller include bleeder, blower for cooling, digital servo and resolver feedback and SERCOS command interface. Firmware for the drive controller is available as a separate subposition. Function numeric code for the DKR03.1-W100B-BE84-01-FW is 84 and the version function numeric code is 01. Input of the drive controller is designed to operate at 3-phase 400 to 480 Volts AC. The line frequency range supported by the controller is 50 to 60 Hertz. Control circuitry on the drive controller requires 200 VA power and is rated for 230 Volts AC input. During operation the controller dissipates 900 Watts as heat. Built-in blower on the system facilitates system cooling and helps with maintenance of ambient temperature within the temperature range recommended by Indramat which is 5 to 45 degrees Celsius.
Design of the DKR03.1-W100B-BE84-01-FW provides three different possibilities for cooling of the controller which are duct cooling, with air from outside the cabinet and with air from inside the cabinet. The duct cooling method can be used if it not possible to position the vents located on the rear wall of the cabinet on the desired locations on the rear wall of the drive. When the controller is cooled from air drawn from outside of the cabinet, care must be taken to ensure that the air taken from outside is not polluted, appropriate filters should be used for the inlet and the dimensions of the air inlet and outlet should be large enough to allow for smooth airflow. Approximate weight of the DKR03.1-W100B-BE84-01-FW is 49 kilograms. Protection category of the controller housing is IP20 according to IEC 529 / EN60529.
