Product Description:
The DKR03.1-EINSCHUB is a plug-in drive controller module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DKR Drive Controllers series. Classified as a digital intelligent AC drive controller, the module governs torque, speed, and diagnostic routines for large servo axes used on presses, machining centers, and handling gantries. It draws auxiliary power from the cabinet supply and works with power sections in the same rack to translate motion commands from a PLC into regulated three-phase output for synchronous and induction motors.
Electrically, the module accepts a rated power supply of 3xAC 400 … 480 V, ±10% and requires an AC 230 V ±10% control voltage to energize its internal logic. Control consumption is limited to 200 VA, while a start lockout circuit keeps the gate drives disabled when service-terminal power is limited to 1.5 W. When released, the unit can switch up to 380 V at a maximum output frequency of 1600 Hz, which supports high-speed spindle or linear motor applications. Short I/O chains are supported with a contact load of 24 V DC at 1 A, and the X6 relay terminal accepts 2.5 mm² conductors. The enclosure provides IP20 protection against accidental contact, and feedback cabling may run up to 75 m without signal conditioning.
Environmental limits are managed by an integrated built-in blower, which moves at least 300 m³/h of air through the heat sink against a channel resistance of 160 Pa. During normal operation, the acoustic level stays at 68 dB(A), allowing installation on factory floors without separate sound enclosures. Full current capability is available up to a cabinet temperature of +55 °C, and the output must be derated above that point. The controller is rated for mounting elevations up to 1000 m, and transport pressure is specified up to 160 Pa. The controller is design version 1 in line series 03.
