The DKR03.1-W200 is a digital intelligent AC drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DKR Drive Controllers series. It is intended for precise regulation of high-power servo or spindle motors in automated machinery. The controller converts incoming electrical power into regulated motor output so the connected axis can follow commanded speed and motion profiles with repeatable control. This drive supports coordinated motion and speed control in multi-axis systems used in packaging lines, metal-cutting centers, and printing equipment.
During continuous duty, the controller can supply 92 A of output current at a 4 kHz switching frequency, providing stable torque production for attached motors. Its continuous drive power reaches 35 kW for sustained motor operation. The unit accepts a three-phase supply of 3 x AC 400–480 V with a ±10% tolerance, allowing use on standard industrial power networks. This input range supports installation in industrial cabinets connected to common plant distribution systems.
