The DKR02.1-W300Z-BE37-01-FW is an industrial AC drive controller developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DKR Drive Controllers series. As a dedicated axis module, it converts incoming mains power into variable three-phase output for servo and spindle motors, coordinating torque, speed, and position in automated machining centers, printing presses, and material-handling lines. It is suited for applications where the controlled axis must follow changing speed and position commands while maintaining stable torque response. The unit belongs to the Digital Intelligent AC Drive Controller product group, so it includes integrated diagnostics and parameter storage for closed-loop industrial motion control.
The drive communicates with the machine controller through a SERCOS interface, allowing high-speed cyclic setpoint exchange while also processing digital servo and resolver feedback for closed-loop positioning. Thermal management relies on a built-in air blower that forces airflow across the heat sink and semiconductor stack, expelling up to 1800 W of switching losses during maximum load cycles. Because the cooling hardware is already integrated, installation only requires clear inlet and exhaust paths within the cabinet, and unobstructed airflow helps the power stage remain within its operating temperature range.
