The DKR02.1-W300N-BE84-01-FW is drive control unit designed for a wide range of machine control applications. The drive controller proves to be a cost efficient system because of its optimized power consumption. When the drives are operating in the regenerative mode, the regeneration energy can be fed back into the mains. This translated into significant energy savings. Similarly, energy can be fed back into the system when the motors are braking or the emergency stop function is executed. When using this drive controller, it is possible to control the speed of the connected motors. A brake resistor has been built into this model which is able to absorb the additional energy that is released when motors are braked. Multiple types of plug-in modules and auxiliary plug-in cards can be inserted in this device. The plug-in modules are used to expand the range of functions possible with this device and adapt the device for specific roles.
The DKR02.1-W300N-BE84-01-FW allows bidirectional exchange of data by using suitable plug-in modules. This device is frequently used with the linear LSF or LAF motors, AC mains spindle motors ADF and 2AD, and framless 1MB motors. It is possible to connect this motor directly with the mains connection. The AC power supply used with device provides a voltage from 400 V to 480 V. The drive controller comes with a heat sink built inside the enclosure. This prevents heat build-up inside the device and heat flow is constantly directed from the high temperature regions towards the low temperature heat sink. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
