The Rexroth DKR02.1-W300N-BE76-01-FW is a 300 Amps rated drive controller. It is compatible with multiple Indramat motor families including 1MB (frameless spindle motors), 2AD / ADF (main spindle motors) and LSF / LAF (linear motors). To be able to deliver rated output, the controller requires 5 to 45 degrees Celsius ambient temperature and 0 to 1000 meters elevation above sea level. The maximum allowed temperature with 20% output derating is 55 degrees Celsius. The maximum allowed elevation is 5000 meters with 35% output derating. It should be noted that the internal temperature of the controller is higher than the ambient temperature. These temperature-related recommendations are given to ensure that the controller does not suffer a malfunction due to excessive internal temperatures. Internal blower is provided on the controller to assist with the cooling.
The load capacity needs to be considered in case a customer wants to use the drive controller under different ambient conditions. The power data are reduced by the load capacity. It should also be notes that controllers operated under different ambient conditions may get damaged and will not be covered by the manufacturer guarantee. Environmental protection rating of the DKR02.1-W300N-BE76-01-FW controller housing is IP 20 as per EN 60529. Rexroth recommends installation of the controller inside a cabinet or closing housing. The DKR02.1-W300N-BE76-01-FW does not include a bleeder. The command communication interface on the controller is SERCOS. Also available on the controller is digital servo and resolver feedback. Due to the present of the integrated main contactor, the shock resistance is limited to 8.5 g for 5 milliseconds and 4.8 g for 10 milliseconds.
