The DKR02.1-W300N-BA01-01-FW is one of the most unique and advanced industrial controllers produced by Rexroth Indramat. This controller can accurately control the operation of different types of Rexroth Indramat motors such as the frameless spindle motors 1MB, the LSF linear motor, and the 2AD main spindle motor. The controller can control this motor to generate a continuous power as high as 93 kilowatts, thus it can be easily applied in numerically controlled machines with high power requirements. This drive controller contains an emergency stop shutdown device that the operator can use to shut off the controller in an emergency when it cannot be shut down in the usual manner. The emergency shutdown device helps to stop the machinery quickly when there is a risk of injury or when the workflow requires stopping.
The DKR02.1-W300N-BA01-01-FW controller is renowned for its long service life and its ability to operate industrial motors over a broad speed range. The housing of this controller meets the IP20 protection category, it contains slots designed for holding configuration cards and modules, these slots are numbered from U1 to U5. This controller also features an analog interface that monitors and controls command communication in the servo system. The controller does not contain a bleeder resistor, it can however be connected to a brake resistor which works to protect the power circuit of the controller from excess regenerated electrical energy during motor regeneration.
