The DKR02.1-W300B-BE56-01-FW model is generally used to construct a cost-efficient digital intelligent drive system for various industrial sectors. The main applications of the drive controller are NC machine tools, printing machines, and paper-processing machines. The DKR drive controller comes with a built-in bleeder resistor which takes extra power from the system and dissipates it in the form of heat. It also provides protection against overvoltage supply. The DKR drive controller with a 4/8 kHz drive operates at the continuous current of 141/110 A to produce the continuous power of 55/43 kW at the motor-driven shaft. The 4/8 kHz drive unit operates at the power voltage of 0 – 380V with a voltage frequency of 800/1600 Hz. While operating at continuous current, the controller undergoes the power loss of 1800 W out of which 1200 W of heat is dissipated in the air channel. A minimum distance of 160 mm should be maintained at the top and bottom of the unit to provide sufficient room for airflow.

The model DKR02.1-W300B-BE56-01-FW is also designed to control and monitor the motor temperature and holding brake. The peak regenerated power of the drive controller is 93 kW for a maximum of 10 seconds. The operating software and the drive parameters are installed into the ESM 02.3 software module and it should be plugged into the U5 slot of the drive controller. The U1 slot is equipped with the SERCOS interface for developing communication between the controller and the motor. Digital servo and resolver feedback is installed in the DKR drive controller for motor feedback. The permissible operating temperature range for this unit is +5 to +45 degree Celsius. The unit can take electrical power directly from the AC 3-phase power source through its X5 port. The drive controller housing comes under IP 20 protection rating. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
