The DKR02.1-W200N-BE56-01-FW is a 200 VA rated compact servo controller in the Rexroth DKR02 product line. The design of this unit enables it to digitally, intelligently and precisely control ADF/2AD AC main spindle motors, 1MB frameless spindle motors and LAF/LSF linear motors. In general, the motors to be controlled would have a continuous power of 1000 – 9300 Watts at their output shaft. The power rating f the DKR02.1-W200N-BE56-01-FW has been carefully selected to ensure precise and effective control of linked motors. By design, it loses heat by convection, aided by an inbuilt blower. Also, it features a heatsink for effective heat withdrawal.
The DKR02.1-W200N-BE56-01-FW comes with 5 slots for plug-in cards. These cards include a software module, aux. cards and command interface cards. It utilizes an operating system that is installed as EPROMs on its dedicated DSM software module. If necessary, the firmware can be loaded on to an aux. plug-in module. The command interface card used by the DKR02.1-W200N-BE56-01-FW is the SERCOS type. It leverages the resolver and digital servo feedback mechanism for optimum operations.
