The DKR02.1-W200N-BE56-01-FW is a digital intelligent AC drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DKR Drive Controllers series. It supplies regulated DC bus energy and closed-loop inverter output to large-frame servo and spindle motors used in automated machine tools, material-handling gantries, and similar equipment. By combining power processing, control logic, and drive protection in one housing, the unit simplifies cabinet design while supporting high-power motion requirements in production equipment.
The drive accepts a mains supply of 3 x AC 400–480 V and uses a separate control section that must receive AC 230 V within a ±10% window for logic, interface, and fan circuits. During continuous operation at a 4 kHz switching frequency, it can deliver 120 A to the motor terminals, translating to about 47 kW of mechanical output when matched with a compatible Indramat motor. For short acceleration bursts, the current can rise to 141 A, giving the machine additional capacity for rapid positioning or spindle ramp-up. A current rating of 200 A sets the sizing class of the internal conductors, fuses, and IGBT modules. The unit uses a rigid DC bus and has no brake chopper, so excess kinetic energy must be dissipated in external hardware when regenerative loads are present.
Total controller losses reach 1600 W and are removed by a built-in blower that forces air through heat sink channels; the cooling method is therefore a built-in air blower.
