The DKR02.1-W200N-BE29-02-FW is a digital intelligent AC drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DKR Drive Controllers series. It energizes and regulates high-performance servo motors in automation cells where precise torque and speed must follow PLC motion commands. Its control stage manages torque and speed regulation so multi-axis machinery can maintain accurate motion during production. The unit is intended for closed-loop motion control and converts incoming electrical power into controlled motor output.

Rated power is supplied from a three-phase input of 3x AC 400–480 V with a tolerance of ±10%. All command data is transmitted through the SERCOS interface, which provides deterministic communication with higher-level controls. At a PWM carrier frequency of 4 kHz, the drive can deliver a continuous armature current of 120 A, which corresponds to about 47 kW of mechanical output when it is paired with a compatible motor. Logic and sensor circuits are powered by a separate AC 230 V control supply with a tolerance of ±10%, which keeps the control section independent of the main power input. Under maximum continuous load, the power section releases 1600 W of heat, so the enclosure must provide adequate ventilation. The controller weighs about 104 kg, and the mounting structure must be able to support that mass. The unit is design version 1 in line series 02, and its nominal current rating is 200 A.
