The DKR02.1-F300N-BE84-01-FW model represents the modern technology of Rexroth Indramat. The model is developed to control and monitor the operations of various electrical motors. The DKR02.1 drive controller is designed to take electrical connection directly from the 3-phase 3 × AC 400 – 480 V power source with ±10% tolerance and 50/60 Hz of system frequency. The model uses coolant for dissipating the heat generated in the result of 1800 W of power loss at the continuous current of 141/110 A. The DKR02.1 drive controller comes with a 4/8 kHz switching frequency which generates the continuous power of 55/43 kW while operating at the continuous current of 141/110 A. The continuous regenerated power of the drive is 43 kW with a maximum regenerated power of 93 kW. The model operates at the rated current of 300 A. It comes without a bleeder resistor and the total weight of the drive controller is approximately 104 kg excluding the weight of accessories and mounting.
The model DKR02.1-F300N-BE84-01-FW consists of a basic unit that includes 5 plug-in slots for installing different plug-in modules. The firmware module ESM02.3 is installed into the U5 slot of the drive controller which contains the operating software and the drive parameters.
