Product Description:
The DKR02.1-F200 is a digital drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DKR Drive Controllers series. Designed for high-power servo axes, the unit converts commands from a motion control system into precise current and voltage patterns for synchronous and induction motors. In automated machining centres, presses, and handling systems, the controller regulates motor torque and speed so that mechanical motion follows programmed trajectories with minimal lag.
The controller delivers a continuous output of 200 A, enabling it to drive large-frame servo motors without current derating. Its Liquid cooling carries heat away from power semiconductors through a sealed coolant circuit, keeping module temperatures stable under sustained load. The hardware belongs to Line series 02, identifying it as the second generation of the platform, and it is shipped in Design version 1, which fixes connector layout and mounting footprint. Dynamic energy from decelerating axes is handled by a Factory-assigned bleeder, ensuring the resistor specification matches the selected power stage.
The remaining configuration parameters are selected at build time to match the application. A Factory-assigned command communication interface links the drive to higher-level motion controllers, ensuring protocol compatibility with the chosen control system. Rotor position signals are processed through a Factory-assigned motor feedback channel that is paired to the motor encoder type. Internal parameter sets are organised under a Factory-assigned function code, while firmware behaviour is refined further by a Factory-assigned version code. Together these adjustable items allow the DKR unit to be tailored to specialised machine layouts without altering the basic hardware.
