The Rexroth DKR02.1-W300N-BE73-01-FW is a drive controller from the Indramat DKR 02 product line. The controller is designed for vertical mounting and measures 1000 x 440 x 290 millimeters. Vents in the back wall of the switch cabinet or mounting panel are only required if the controller is cooled with air from outside the unit. A minimum spacing of 80 millimeters is recommended on the top and bottom sides of the mounted controller. A distance of at least 100 millimeters should be maintained between the power and control or signal cables. Control and signal cables should not be routed near high frequency equipment or magnetic fields. Maximum length of the cable connecting the DKR02.1-W300N-BE73-01-FW to the motor is 75 meters. The maximum length of the motor feedback cable is also 75 meters.

The DKR02.1-W300N-BE73-01-FW is rated for 300 Amps. Features provided on the drive controller include blower for cooling, SERCOS command interface and digital servo and resolver feedback. The controller does not have a bleeder. Input rating of the DKR02.1-W300N-BE73-01-FW is 400 to 480 Volts AC (three-phase, 50 / 60 Hertz). The controller can be directly connected to the input provided that the input voltage range complies with the input rating of the controller. An isolation transformer would be required on the input side if the AC mains is susceptible to fluctuations and other anomalies. The permitted ambient temperature range with rated data is 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. Heat exchangers or cooling units may be required if the temperature exceeds the maximum permitted threshold. The maximum permitted elevation without derating of nominal data is 1000 meters. Protection rating of the controller housing is IP 20.
