Product Description:
The DKR03.1-W200N-BE23-00 is a digital intelligent AC drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DKR Drive Controllers series. It serves as the central energy conversion and motion-control node in presses, gantries, and other multi-axis machinery. By converting incoming line power into regulated motor current, it supports precise torque and speed control for high-output servo applications. The controller also combines power handling with closed-loop motion regulation in one housing, which helps it support coordinated industrial axis operation.
The power stage accepts a rated mains supply of 3xAC 400 … 480 V (±10%), and its control circuits use AC 230 V (±10%), separating high-energy switching from low-power logic. On line series 03 and design version 1, the converter delivers a continuous output of 92 A and supports a sustained shaft load of 35 kW without derating. Motion coordination is handled through the SERCOS interface, allowing deterministic fiber-optic communication with CNC or PLC masters while the internal electronics process digital servo and resolver feedback for position and speed loops. Function module version 00 is the standard feature set, and the DC bus architecture does not include an internal brake chopper, so regenerated energy must be handled by external components.
During acceleration bursts, the inverter can supply 141 A of peak current, giving the machine added margin for rapid indexing or shock-load recovery. Thermal management uses built-in blower cooling, which forces air through the heat sink fins and limits internal temperature rise during heavy operation. Under maximum continuous stress, the controller rejects 1200 W of heat to the surrounding cabinet, so the enclosure must provide adequate airflow. The mechanical package weighs 49 kg, and mounting clearances should keep the side fan inlets unobstructed.
