The DKR 3.1-W200N-BE05-01 is a highly efficient drive control system produced for advanced automation applications and assembly line automation. The drive is equipped with a state of the art brake resistor. The brake resistor provides a reliable safety mechanism and can decelerate high speed motors in case of an emergency or in case the mains fails. The motors can decelerate in a safe manner and the brake resistor can absorb all the heat that is produced when the kinetic energy of the motors’ is converted to additional heat. This drive controller can give excellent performance when used with 2AD industrial motors, 1MB frameless, ADF motors, LSF motors, LAF motors, etc. These motors generally have a power output that lies between 10 kW and 93 kW. When using this drive control system, users can utilize a broad speed range.
The DKR 3.1-W200N-BE05-01 is able to work in conjunction with a wide variety of additional plug-in modules and plug-in cards. Different modules can be retrofitted with this device for specific applications. A dedicated slot for installing the programming module is also provided in this system. The system's firmware can be installed and updated in the programming module in addition to storing critical drive parameters. It is also possible to duplicate the firmware module in this system. This model is compatible with a three-phase connection that is between 0 and 380 V. This drive controller has the additional advantage of a dedicated mains contactor that helps to control individual drives and isolate them from the mains power supply.
