The DKR 3.1-W200N-BE37-00 is a digital intelligent AC drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DKR Drive Controllers series. Installed between a plant’s three-phase AC supply and a servo or spindle motor, it converts fixed-frequency input power into regulated output that follows velocity or torque commands from the motion control system. Its power electronics and real-time monitoring support closed-loop motor regulation in automated machining centers, transfer lines, and gantry axes. The controller can regulate motor torque and speed while exchanging operating data with a higher-level control system.
The controller communicates through a SERCOS interface and belongs to the Digital Intelligent AC Drive Controller product group. During continuous operation at a 4 kHz switching rate, it delivers 92 A, while transient demand can rise to 141 A without saturating the output stage. The 200 current class in the type code indicates a power section intended for heavy industrial loads. Its maximum output frequency is 800 Hz, which supports the operation of high-speed motors. The control electronics use 230 V AC with a tolerance of ±10% and consume 200 VA of auxiliary power. A built-in blower forces air through the heat sink to remove heat from the power stage.
