Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the DKR02.1-W200N-BE38-00 drive as part of the DKR Drive Controllers series. Classified in the product group as a digital intelligent AC drive controller, it governs high-power servo motors in machining centers, presses, and handling lines. The unit interprets motion commands, regulates torque, and supervises protective functions through its integrated control and power sections, allowing coordinated automation when paired with compatible motors and PLCs. Its architecture combines a rigid DC bus with power electronics designed for rapid energy transfer, making the platform suitable for axes that require frequent acceleration and deceleration.

Motion data move through the SERCOS interface, sending position, velocity, and status information to higher-level controls in real time. The drive can furnish 141 A peak current for short acceleration events before returning to its continuous limit. A separate AC 230 V ±10% control voltage keeps logic and blower circuits active, enabling safe shutdown sequences. Internal losses produce 1600 W heat dissipation, which must be accounted for in enclosure ventilation. Digital servo and resolver feedback are accepted simultaneously to close the current and position loops with factory-coded Indramat motors. Function module version 00 provides the baseline motion and diagnostic set. Because braking energy is routed to the mains rather than a chopper, upstream line components must absorb it. The unit has a mass of 104 kg, so the cabinet structure must support that load during installation.
