The Bosch Rexroth FWA-ECODR3-SMT-02V44-D5 is a firmware. It is loaded onto the firmware module and is installed on ECODRIVE03 controllers. The firmware for these drive controllers is not part of shipment from the manufacturer which contains the controller. The firmware needs to be ordered separately to comply with user requirements. The FWA-ECODR3-SMT-02V44-D5 is ECODRIVE03 firmware which is used for controllers specially designed for machine tool applications and have parallel, analog and SERCOS interfaces. H1 display on the controller front panel serves as an optical display for drive diagnostic messages. The operational states of the drive are characterized by different types of diagnostic messages including error diagnostic messages, warning diagnostic messages, operation status, command diagnostic messages and drive mode diagnostic messages. Every diagnostic message is comprised of a diagnostic number and a diagnostic text.
The diagnostic number appears on a two-position, seven-segment display on the front panel of the controller. This display shows the current operating status of the controller without the use of any communications interface. Bosch recommends that the ECODRIVE03 controllers should only be installed after the personnel involved in the installation process have first read the accompanying documentation. Bosch also recommends delivering the documentation with the produce in case it is sold, rented or passed on to someone else. Bosch waives any liability for damages which are incurred if the warnings detailed in the produce documentation are not heeded. Proper transportation and storage of drive controllers are prerequisites for optimal operation of the equipment. Personnel trained and experienced in the installation and commissioning of high power AC drives should be involved in the work related to ECODRIVE03 systems. Ambient conditions detailed in the product documentation must be followed. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
