Manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the FWA-ECODR3-FGP-02V18-MS is an AC servo amplifier drive module for the machines in the DKC series. It is simply called an encoder plug-in module and can only be used for the devices in this series. It belongs to the ECODR3 series and features a rated current and DC Bus nominal voltage that is assigned by the factory. It also uses standard firmware and a FW version 2. The release status of the firmware is the status at the time of the update.
The FWA-ECODR3-FGP-02V18-MS can be damaged, or the entire DKC drive, in the case of electrostatic charging present in the tools or people discharged across them. One must be careful of conductive parts like the copper bit, parts and tools and the human body.
