The DKCXX.3-200-7-FW device is an EcoDrive servo drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and assigned to the DKC Drive Controllers series. Intended for cabinet installation, it converts energy from a shared DC bus into regulated three-phase output so that synchronous or induction servomotors can be positioned, accelerated, or decelerated in automated machinery cells. An integrated dynamic brake and soft-start network are housed with the power section to simplify wiring in multi-axis production equipment.

The power module supplies a rated current of 200 A, enabling high-torque axes such as press feeders or gantry drives. Energy is buffered on a 700 V DC bus that is charged through a 24 Ω resistor and a 1.5 mF capacitor bank, limiting inrush and stabilizing voltage. Continuous switching losses reach 960 W, so forced-air cooling must be maintained to hold semiconductor temperatures within design limits. Logic circuits draw their power from a 24 VDC input; the charge circuit briefly pulls 6 A for 9 ms before settling to a steady 29 W demand. An internal bleeder absorbs 60 kWs of regenerative energy and diverts peaks of 120 kW, while a 6 Ω ZKS resistor provides additional damping during emergency stops.
