The supply network can deliver up to 0.6 kW of bus power at 480 V, while a storage capacitor bank of 0.135 mF smooths voltage ripple during load transitions. The inverter stage supplies a continuous 16 A to the motor windings, and this current contributes directly to motor torque. Steady-state losses equal 80 W, a figure that determines enclosure temperature rise under maximum load.
