Product Description:

The DKC02.3-040-07-FW is an extremely efficient controller that is aimed at delivering accurate motor drive control and stable operation in harsh automation conditions. It employs a three-phase AC input voltage of 380 to 480 volts with a ±10% tolerance for compatibility in most industrial power supply conditions.

It offers switchable frequencies of 4 kHz or 8 kHz to allow the system to find a balance between responsiveness and energy efficiency. It has a maximum power connecting of between 4.8 and 9 kVA and making current of between 9 to 12 amps, which makes it specifically tailored to manage heavy power loads and stability during startup. Its continuous output current is up to 16 amps at 4 kHz and up to 12.5 amps at 8 kHz, which offers stable performance under a broad range of applications. The system is specifically designed to offer a peak current of 40 amps, which is vital in high-demand torque changing or rapid motion change. Power dissipation is up to 180 watts without the bleeder, offering overall thermal efficiency. The built-in bleeder function offers a peak output of 10 kW for 0.5 seconds for energy absorption during sudden braking energy, while its continuous bleeder function is rated at 0.15 kW for continuous stability. The DKC02.3-040-07-FW also offers a maximum feedback energy of 5.0 kWs and stored energy of 15 Ws, offering maximum recovery and reuse under regenerative braking systems. These features allow for improved energy conservation and low downtime. The controller is most ideally suited for use in applications that require rapid and accurate servo control, such as CNC machines, packaging machines, and robotics.

Specifically designed for reliability, safety, and continuous high-performance, the DKC02.3-040-07-FW provides fault-free motion sequences, heavy-duty dynamic load control, and smooth coordination with other drive system components in industrial applications.
