Product Description

The DDS03.2-W050-BE76-01-FW drive controller offered by Bosch Rexroth is connected to adjacent units through DC bus conductor rails. The product must use a cable of a maximum 75m length if the motor power cable by the same manufacturer is used. The device has a 20A maximum continuous current rating. The motor used with the unit renders digital servo as well as resolver feedback. The controller can function at a maximum temperature of 55°C with derated data. The product also has a maximum permissible relative humidity of 95%. The device is de-energized by releasing all the mechanical and electrical connections except its fixing bolts on all sides.

This drive controller depicts reduced performance when the setup elevation exceeds the specified limit. The product features protection against penetration of solid objects with diameters of more than 50mm. The device should not be subject to load when it is being stored and/or transported. The unit is meant to be transported by using shock absorbing supports if necessary. Its plugin modules have to be stored in special packaging. The Bb contact of the controller is not meant to have direct connection with a contactor coil to minimize the possibility of it getting overloaded due to short-term continuous currents.

The product depicts its control electronics at the X1 connecting points. The device has maximum allowable absolute humidity of 25g/m³. The unit supports ambient storage and transport temperature of -30°C to 85°C. It must not be used outside a control cabinet. This controller is not protected against intentional penetration by hand. The drive internal variables generated by the analog diagnostic outputs in the product are used during commissioning. The device portrays the ground connection to its power supply at its top.
