The DDS02.1-W200-DS50-00-FW is a new-generation industrial control device manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to accurately control electrical motors used in industrial production and processing systems. This drive controller is very flexible in its operation as it can be configured to operate with a wide range of industrial servo motors such as the MDD synchronous motor, MDD synchronous motor, and the LAR inductance linear motor. This industrial controller is manufactured according to the international quality standards, under ideal operating conditions, it maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 percent; this high operational efficiency makes the controller the preferred choice of industrial operators handling highly sophisticated machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. This controller also features a modular design that allows industrial engineers to replace any of its components without a need to reconfigure the whole servo system.

The DDS02.1-W200-DS50-00-FW industrial controller is supplied to the operator as a fully configured unit made up of a basic controller unit, plugin modules, and software module. These configuration modules are integrated into the housing of the controller by highly trained engineers; they are also inserted into special configuration slots labeled from U1 to about U5.

The DDS02.1-W200-DS50-00-FW industrial drive controller features an internal air blower and a heatsink that helps keep the controller's temperature within a permissible range via forced ventilation. To aid this temperature regulation process, this controller should be installed in a position that allows for the easy movement of cool air in and around the drive controller.
