The DDS02.1-W100-RL02-01-FW is a new generation industrial controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the speed, acceleration and general operation of synchronous and induction motors used in the industrial servo system. This controller is a modular device that can be adapted to different functions through the installation of specific configuration modules into the housing of the controller. The DDS02.1-W100-RL02-01-FW is supplied as a fully configured unit made up of plugin modules, software modules, and a command communication module. This drive controller is specifically designed to operate with a power supply unit manufactured by Rexroth Indramat, and that provides a regulated voltage of 24 volts. The housing of the DDS02.1-W100-RL02-01-FW drive controller is specially designed to provide optimum protection against the interference of solid materials with an external diameter larger than 12 millimeters.

This drive controller is manufactured according to the American and European quality standards; however it is not supplied with a firmware module, it is the responsibility of the operator to order this firmware as a separate sub-position. This controller also features special light-emitting diodes that can be used to monitor the operation of the controller in real-time. The rated current used by this industrial controller is about 100 amperes. This controller also features an internal air blower and heatsink, which helps keep the controller's internal temperature within a permissible temperature range.
