The DDS02.1-W025-RS01-01 model reflects the latest motion control technology designed and developed by Rexroth Indramat. The model operated together with the AC servo and main drive to develop a cost-efficient and compact digital drive system. The DDS02.1 drive controller is mainly used in packaging machinery, textile machines, and machine tools. The model uses a 24 VDC power supply to develop a connection with the main supply module. Before putting the controller into operation, read and follow the safety instruction mentioned in the user manual and the handling should only be carried out by a trained person only. The controller must be used with the spare parts and modules approved by the Rexroth. The DDS02.1 drive controller comes with a safety isolated electrical circuit which provides protection against low voltage. The basic unit of the controller can be customized by installing various modules in the plug-in slots. When installed in the control cabinet, the controller uses external air for maintaining its ambient temperature. Every function requires a different firmware module that’s why the firmware module must be ordered separately.

The model DDS02.1-W025-RS01-01 is equipped with resolver feedback and the controller undergoes the maximum power loss of 80 W while consuming the rated current of 25 A. The minimum distance of 50 mm should be maintained at the sides of the controller to provide sufficient room for airflow. A fault reset key is provided in this model and a status display is also installed in the controller. The serial interface (RS232) is provided in this unit.
