The DDS02.1-W025-RA02-02-FW model is a customized drive controller used to perform control operations in various automation sectors. The controller belongs to the family of the digital intelligent drive system and should be used with the motors and supply modules prescribed for this drive system. The DDS02.1 drive controller is designed to operate under the permissible temperature range of 0 to +45 degree Celsius with the maximum bearable temperature of +55 degree Celsius. The controller can be installed at the maximum height of 1000 m/sea level and it can be operated under humid environmental conditions. The DSS02.1 drive controller comes with an ANALOG interface with an absolute encoder emulator (DAA01.1) that allows operating the controller with conventional controls. The DAA01.1 module also assists in communicating with the connected controls and is installed in the U1 slot of the controller. U2 – U4 slots of the controller are empty and a cover is placed over them. The drive parameters and the operating software are stored in the U5 slot of the controller. The DSM02.1 software module should be ordered separately as per the required functions.

The model DDS02.1-W025-RA02-02-FW comes under the IP20 protection category and is designed to be installed under the control cabinet of allowable ingress protection. The model draws 25 A of rated current from the system and the dc-link voltage of 24 VDC and ±15VDC is supplied to operate the drive controller.
