The DDS02.1-A100-RS01-03-FW drive controller offered by Bosch Rexroth can be connected to the right or left of a power supply. This SERCOS interface used by the drive controller for communication features inputs for evaluating travel range limit switches, reference switches and sensor inputs. The product has a Bb contact that closes if there is a steady ready signal and the controller is ready to output power. The device is intended to be stored and transported between -30°C and 85°C. The unit is supposed to be transported using shock damping supports if needed. It supports a maximum permissible relative air humidity of 95%.

The energy loss of the drive controller depends on the connected motor’s continuous current when it is in standstill mode. The ground connection to the supply unit is present at the top of the drive controller.
