The DDS03.1-W050-DS29-01 is an industrial motor control device produced by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat according to the international quality standards. This combines old motor control designs with some of the latest industrial innovations to set a new motor control standard that is suitable for a wide range of industrial production and processing machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, and lots more. This industrial control device features a housing unit designed to protect its internal components from the interference of large solid materials, however for optimum protection from small foreign substances and liquid materials, the controller should be integrated into an additional control cabinet that can provide protection that meets the IP54 protection class.
The DDS03.1-W050-DS29-01 features a special heatsink and air blowers that work together to keep the heat in the housing of the controller within a permissible range, however, to support this temperature regulation device, the controller should not be installed at an ambient temperature that exceeds 50 degree Celsius. Also, the internal components of this industrial controller are sensitive to liquid substances, this makes it very important for industrial operators to ensure the controller is not operated in an ambient condition that features a relative humidity that exceeds 95 percent, as this can cause the condensation of the humid air in the housing of the controller.
