The DDS03.1-W050-DC01-00 industrial controller is a new generation motor control device manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of industrial motors by supplying the motor with an electrical voltage that will generate an operation proportional to the predetermined configuration parameters of the controller. This industrial motor is manufactured according to the IP20 protection class, its housing unit features a modular design, it is also specially structured to allow for the easy integration of the controller into the industrial servo system. The DDS03.1-W050-DC01-00 industrial controller is unlike convectional industrial devices as it can maintain an operational efficiency that is as high as 95 percent, and it can also effectively control the operation of synchronous and induction motors over a broad speed range.
The DDS03.1-W050-DC01-00 industrial motor is designed to be very safe for industrial operation, its housing unit features special safety signs and symbols intended to warn industrial operators of specific parts of the controller that can cause industrial accidents if mishandled by the industrial operator. This controller is also a self-diagnostic device, during operation it can independently detect operational error and alert industrial operators by displaying warning signs and symbols through its light-emitting diodes and its display unit.
