The DDS02.2-W200-BT31-01-FW is one of the latest and most sophisticated productions of the reputable Rexroth Indramat; it is an industrial control device designed to control the speed, acceleration, and general operation of a wide range of industrial motor series such as the LAF inductance linear motor, MKD synchronous motor, and the MBW inductance motor. This industrial motor features a modular design; this makes it possible to combine with AC servo and main drives to create on compact drive package that uses one regulated supply unit. The installation of this industrial control device is very easy and straightforward forward; however, this should be carried out by highly trained engineers who have gone through the documentation of the controller and are familiar with Rexroth Indramat devices.

The DDS02.2-W200-BT31-01-FW industrial controller is designed according to the IP20 protection class; its housing unit effectively prevents the interference of large solid materials with an external diameter larger than 12 millimeters; however, for optimum protection against liquid and small solid foreign substances, this controller should be installed into an additional control cabinet that can provide minimum protection that meets the IP54 protection class.

The DDS02.2-W200-BT31-01-FW industrial control device operates with a continuous input current of about 65 amperes and a DC bus voltage of 300 volts. The maximum input current at which this industrial controller can be operated is about 200 amperes.
