The DDS02.2-W200-BE76-01-FW is a digital AC servo drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDS Drive Controllers series. Installed in a control cabinet rack, it connects a shared DC bus to individual servomotors and closes the current, velocity, and position loops needed for accurate axis control. This arrangement lets the drive respond quickly to command changes during indexing, interpolation, and speed-regulated motion. Because the control loops are processed inside the drive, the connected motor can maintain commanded torque and speed with close regulation during load changes. By converting controller setpoints into regulated three-phase output and returning diagnostic data, it supports synchronized motion in machining, packaging, and transfer systems.

Communication with upper-level PLCs is handled through the SERCOS interface, which provides deterministic fiber-optic updates during each real-time cycle. Thermal management relies on internal air cooling, so the enclosure must provide airflow, but no external blower is required.
