The DDS02.2-W200-BE75-01-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied within the DDS Drive Controllers series. As a digital servo drive controller, it commands and protects AC servo motors in multi-axis industrial automation, regulating torque and velocity while coordinating motion instructions sent from higher-level control systems. Classified as a Digital AC Servo Drive Controller, it forms the bridge between the DC bus of an Indramat supply module and the stator windings of the attached servo motor. In multi-axis systems, the controller also monitors motor operation so faults can be detected and drive output can be limited before unsafe operating conditions develop.

It exchanges real-time motion data through the SERCOS interface, allowing deterministic bus operation and synchronized axis updates. The controller delivers a continuous output of 200 A, so cabinet power distribution and conductor sizing must accommodate that current. Feedback circuits accept both digital servo feedback and resolver feedback, giving flexibility when pairing with motors that differ in encoder technology. This allows the controller to work with resolver-based motors as well as motors that use digital encoder systems. Thermal management relies on air drawn from inside the control cabinet; no external blower is required, but ambient cabinet temperature must remain within limits to avoid derating.

For this model, firmware must be ordered as a separate subitem. This allows the same hardware platform to be adapted for different control applications. Drive personality is further fixed by Function ID version 01, so parameter tables are consistent across identical units. Hardware is assigned to manufacturing Line 02, and the controller build Version 2 incorporates component updates that coexist with earlier mechanical dimensions. The retained mechanical dimensions help the unit fit the established DDS mounting format.
