The DDS02.2-W200-BE32-01 is a smart drive control system that has been manufactured for controlling the speed and position of industrial equipment. The system has been designed for superior performance in dynamic operating conditions. The system can also be used together with the MKD motors series, the MKD motor series, and the LAR motor series. This model relies on a built-in close loop system and a resolver device that is used for monitoring the rotor’s position at all speeds. The resolver is used to record the operating parameters in real time. It can detect any error or mismatch between the actual and programmed values. The errors can be rectified by dispatching corrective signals and even the slightest deviation from the programmed parameters can be rectified. This drive controller can be used for controlling the main spindle drive of motors with high efficiency and precision.
The DDS02.2-W200-BE32-01 can be enhanced by the use of additional auxiliary cards and plug-in modules. The modular structure of this drive controller is best suited for extension with additional modules that can be installed in the device. Each module has been designed for specific functionality and can be used to extend the range of operations of this system. It is possible to apply additional command values with this model for the differential input at the analog interface. An additional summing interface module is provided for this purpose. This model has a peak 200 A current and comes with a continuous current of 65 A.
