The Bosch Rexroth DDS02.2-W200-BE25-01-FW is a digital drive controller. It requires DC input for operation. The input voltage rating is 24 Volts DC. Only power supplies that deliver regulated output are permitted to be used for supplying controller power. The controller belongs to the DDS product line which is suited to applications such as handling machines, robotics, textiles and printing machines. Its rated output is 200 Amps. The output rating is valid only as long as the controller is operated under specified ambient conditions. The allowed ambient temperature with rated data is 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. The maximum permissible ambient temperature with derated data is 55 degrees Celsius. The storage and transport temperature is -30 to 85 degrees Celsius. The maximum installation elevation with rated data is 1000 meters. The maximum permitted relative humidity is 95%.
The maximum permissible absolute humidity is 25 grams/m3. Protection category of the controller housing is IP20. This rating indicates limited protection against solid ingress and no protection against liquid ingress. For outdoor use especially, the controller should be mounted inside a control cabinet. The DDS02.2-W200-BE25-01-FW dissipates heat inside the cabinet. Therefore large cabinets or air conditioning may be required. The inlet for cool air is on the bottom side of the controller. The outlet for heated air is one the top side of the controller.
