The DDS02.2-W100-BT31-01-FW is an AC servo drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the DDS Drive Controllers series. Installed in multi-axis automation cabinets, the unit supplies regulated three-phase power to compatible Indramat servo motors and coordinates velocity and torque loops through serial communication with a motion controller. In automated systems, it converts cabinet power into controlled motor current for precise axis response during acceleration, braking, and speed changes. The controller is intended for applications where several axes operate under a common control architecture and coordinated motion is required. This makes it suitable for production machinery, robotics, and handling equipment that depend on repeatable servo performance.

Rated continuous output current is 100 A, allowing the controller to drive medium-to-large synchronous motors without current derating. Separate ordering keeps the hardware and software selection independent for the axis configuration being used. The controller is part of Line 02, with Function ID Version 01 and controller Version 2.
