The DDS02.2-W100-BE32-00 is a digital AC servo drive controller built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the DDS Drive Controllers series. It converts command data into regulated three-phase power so a connected servo motor accelerates, decelerates, and holds position exactly as programmed. Installed inside a control cabinet, the drive supports coordinated multi-axis motion required in automated printing presses, pick-and-place gantries, and other machinery that depend on repeatable positioning.
Data exchange takes place over the SERCOS interface, meaning cycle-synchronous communication and standard telegram formats are available for drive setup and diagnostics. The power section can supply up to 100 A of continuous output current, allowing the controller to operate medium-to-large-frame motors without saturation. Its housing carries an IP20 protection category, so edges and terminations are finger-safe but the assembly must stay inside an enclosure for particulate shielding.
