The Bosch DDS02.2-W100-BE12-01 is a digital drive controller. It is a modular device that is comprised of a basic unit with slots for mandatory and optional modules. The controller can be matched to customer requirements through the proper selection of firmware and optional hardware. The mandatory modules are a firmware module and a command communication module. The software module is where the drive parameters and firmware are stored. It is installed in slot U5 of the basic unit. The command communication module installed on the DDS02.2-W100-BE12-01 is SERCOS. This module installs in slot U1 of the basic unit. Slots U2 to U4 are available for any hardware modules that need to be installed later on. The DDS02.2-W100-BE12-01 controllers operates at 24 Volts DC input. This voltage must be supplied by a regulated DC power supply.
Rated output current of the DDS02.2-W100-BE12-01 controller is 100 Amps. This rated output is only valid for operating conditions that comply with those that are recommended by Bosch.
