Product Description:
The DDS02.2-W100-BE05-03-FW drive controller is fitted with auxiliary plug-in modules in the U1 to U4 slots at the lower half of its front panel. This Bosch Rexroth controller is cooled by means of airflow inside its control cabinet. The product requires a software module based on its functions and the selected hardware configuration. This module comprises the parameters of both the device and its firmware. The unit is fitted with a configuration plate that lists the modules inserted in the drive controller. Its current consumption includes the sum of the current consumption of the motor feedback and plug-in modules.
The controller has a maximum peak current rating of 100A. The product supports a maximum absolute humidity of 25g/m3. This product encompasses penetration of foreign objects with a diameter of over 50mm. The device incorporates an S1 reset key to reset its operation when a fault is encountered. The motor power cable is connected to the unit using its A1, A2 and A3 terminals. This cable has three lines to establish the motor power connection, one line for its protective conductor connection as well as a separately shielded pair of lines and cables for the motor brake and temperature monitoring respectively.
The product has two analog diagnostic outputs that generate drive-internal variables for commissioning and test purposes.
