The DDS02.2-W100-BA01-01-FW belongs to the DDS Drive Controllers series produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Thermal management is handled by internal cabinet air cooling, and the integrated fan moves cabinet air across the heat sink without external ducting. The drive is Version 2, which provides expanded diagnostic capability compared with earlier releases. This version supports more detailed fault reporting for overcurrent, feedback, and temperature conditions during operation. Motion functions are selected by Function ID 01, keeping the parameter structure consistent for machines that use this drive type. Its modular format supports use with companion supply modules and option cards in the DDS platform. The controller continues to regulate torque, speed, and position directly from analog reference signals while monitoring system status during operation.
