Bosch Rexroth offers a wide range of high-quality components including drive controllers, drive converters, inverters modules, brake choppers, brake resistors, and frequency converters, all of which are built with the requirements of the end-user in mind.
The DDS02.2-W050-BT21-01-FW model’s storage and transport temperatures should be between -30 and +85 degrees Celsius, and it can withstand a high temperature of 45 degrees Celsius without deteriorating the data. To avoid causing damage to the drive controller during a high or interruption voltage test, all connections must be clamped off or fully disconnected. If a new DDS unit becomes necessary during operation, the software module's configuration may be moved to a new unit devoted to the equivalent function. The DDS02.2 drive controller is IP20 approved and must be used in an environment with a maximum allowable absolute humidity of 25 g/m3 and a maximum allowable relative humidity of 95%. The drive controller interfaces with the host computer through an efficient communication module and draws 50 amps of continuous current and 50 amps of peak current. For monitoring the motor's speed and position, the DDS02.2 drive controller has a resolver and digital servo feedback. The model is unusual in that the majority of the unit's energy loss is dissipated outside, preventing it from accumulating inside the control cabinet.
